Batman Takes to the Trail

Last Saturday I took the three youngest kidlets and their bicycles to Hartley to ride the trails.  Mr. SP was dressed as Batman for the day.  In fact, underneath the Batman suit was his favorite pair of worn and comfy blue striped pajamas.  What can I say, we are a family who wears pajamas whenever we can. It was the perfect outfit for a relaxing Saturday.  

The Banana and Mr. SP rode ahead at the their own pace, and my biking buddy was quite the trooper, zipping along all sorts of trails.  He loved the mud puddles.

I hadn’t done much trail bike riding.  It was really fun.  The forest was beautiful.  

We stopped for a break at our favorite section of “spooky woods” to check out a stick fort.  

On our way back we stopped to check out the new dock at the pond.  There was much running back and forth, the whole length of the dock.  Batman can run really fast.
