Running Out the Energy

Saturday afternoon we decided there was a great deal of energy in our house. The weather was nice. We called the neighbors up the hill. They had a lot of energy in their house too, so we decided a forced march through the woods was in order. Forced marches are always more fun with friends.

This is Ruby the dog. She lives up the hill with our neighbors. She had even more energy than the kids in both families. We eventually hiked to a an open hill, where we sent kids and the dog running and rolling up and down, up and down. Here’s the gargoyle of the woods.
