About to Practice

These days she is not a fan of sonatinas, minuets, musettes and gavottes, but she likes pretty much anything else. It is true that she has played a lot of minuets, musettes and gavottes on her violin, and when she sees one pop up at the piano she groans loudly. Sonatinas make her dark list because they involve so much coordinating. (Most of my students are not a fan of alberti bass, but I loved sonatinas and sonatas, and I still do!) Luckily there is a big world of music to explore on the piano!
