Bass Clarinet

I recently had the opportunity to swtich bass clarinets, from my old bass clarinet to a new one. I am so, so thrilled. The bass clarinet is probably my very favorite instrument to play, and I was feeling so frustrated with my old instrument because it had some serious limitations that were preventing me from playing some difficult music. After just a few days using my new instrument, I was amazed at the progress I’d made! I love the growly, beefy sound of this instrument. I have so much fun playing it in my living room as the afternoon sun shines in the window, and in the dark of night when my family is sleeping. MMMMMM. Delicious. I’m so excited about getting better at this lovely instrument. It makes me joyful.
