Flying Fairy Princess

Ever since I bought this princess dress on our way home from vacation, Ms. Crazy Preschooler has been wearing it every chance she can get. She borrowed the fairy wings from a friend, and uses the crown that Gramma Robbie gave her when she came to Wisconsin to visit. Today we took a special trip to “the Target store” to pick out a fairy princess wand from the dollar aisle as a treat because she has been an amazing helper with her baby sister.

The fairy wings are quite possibly her favorite part about the costume, along with the swishy pink skirt. She jumps around the living room. She leaps off the couch. She straps on her tennis shoes and runs as fast as she can trying to take off and fly. Unfortunately she hasn’t had much success getting off the ground. The other day she proclaimed, “I think I need a hundred pound breeze to make my wings work.”
